Jacque was raised on her family’s ranch in Carbon County, Montana, where her roots in the ranching community stretch back to her great-grandparents, all of whom homesteaded in south central Montana. With 15 years of legal experience, she brings this heritage and perspective to her practice, which focuses on real estate litigation and transactions, including various property rights and access issues. In addition, Jacque’s practice spans representation of clients in administrative matters before numerous state agencies, as well as a broad civil litigation practice in both state and federal courts, serving individuals and businesses throughout Montana. Outside the office, Jacque remains active in assisting her family with their ranch operations, and enjoys keeping up with her sons’ myriad pursuits.
